I suppose it doesn't have much to do with age, but talent and practice/experience. A lot of the time the longer someone has been drawing, the better they'll be. Though there are the people who are just insanely good.
... I don't know what point I'm trying to make. Ok... (I think the cold I've got is messing my thinking -.-; )

I know an artist 10 years YOUNGER than myself who's better than what I can do. It's quite intimidating, and I should be far better for how long I've been at this. ^_^;
